Biography
Samuel Honywood was born on 19th October 1996, making him 10 years old today. In 2005. he booked his first feature film, Nanny McPhee, in one of the lead roles as Sebastian, one of the naughty Brown children. This provided the opporunity to work alongside
some of today's greatest actors including Colin Firth, Emma Thompson and Imelda Staunton.
Sam was then not seen on screen until 2007, when he appeared in the BBC Four one off television adaptation of 3 short stories by Saki, Who Killed Mrs DeRopp?. Sam played the lead role of Conradin in the final story about a sickly boy with a strange fixation on a ferret.
When not auditiong and acting, Sam keeps busy learning to play the trumpet and piano, as well as taking part in a variety of activities such as archery, swimming, karate, quad biking, mountain and track biking and horse riding.
